01 General Terms & Conditions
Baj.cash (hereinafter referred to as "baj" or the "Platform") is an online Sports Betting and casino platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between baj and the user.
By registering or using baj, you acknowledge that:
- You are at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to place bets
- You are opening the account in your own name, not on behalf of anyone else
- Online betting is not legally prohibited in your region

02 Account Registration
The following information must be provided accurately to open a valid account on baj. Providing false information may result in account termination at any time.
- Only one account is permitted per person
- A valid legal name, address, and date of birth must be provided
- A valid mobile number and email address are required
- Keep your password strong and confidential
- Opening multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited
- Accounts cannot be created using another person's identity
After registration, baj reserves the right to verify your information at any time. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.
Keep your account password and login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact support immediately.
03 Account Verification (KYC)
Baj complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. Identity verification is therefore mandatory for transactions above a specified threshold.
- Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
- Selfie photo (holding your ID)
- Bank or mobile banking statement (if required)
- Proof of current address (utility bill, etc.)
Verification is usually completed within 24 to 48 hours. Large withdrawals may be held until verification is finalized.
The verification process protects both you and baj. Your information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party.
04 Deposits & Withdrawals
The following rules apply to all transactions on baj. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used
- Minimum deposit via mobile banking: ৳500
- Minimum deposit via bank transfer: ৳2,000
- Minimum withdrawal ৳500
- KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly
- Baj reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions
Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. However, additional time may be required for verification or unusual activity.
Deposits made using another person's payment method may result in withdrawal restrictions and the account being subject to investigation.
05 Betting Rules
The following rules apply when placing bets on baj. Violations may result in bet cancellation or account suspension.
- Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the cash-out feature is available)
- Bets placed before a match begins are valid; if an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded
- Baj reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error
- Baj may investigate any unusual betting patterns
- Betting using match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited
- Baj is not liable for any discrepancies in live betting caused by network delays
The data and scores used by baj to determine bet outcomes are considered final. In any dispute, baj's decision is final.
06 Bonuses & Promotions
Baj offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be read before claiming.
- The welcome bonus is available once only, at the time of first registration
- Each bonus requires specific wagering requirements to be met
- Bonuses apply to one account only – a single person cannot receive bonuses across multiple accounts
- Maximum bet limits may apply when using bonuses
- Baj reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus program at any time
- Bonuses will be forfeited if abuse is detected
Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. These requirements may vary for each bonus.
07 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on baj. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
- Operating multiple accounts for the same individual
- Abusing or manipulating the bonus system
- Placing bets using automated software or bots
- Match fixing or use of insider information
- Money laundering or illegal fund transfers
- Accessing another user's account
- Attempting to hack or breach the platform's security
- Registering or completing verification using false information
If any form of fraud or manipulation is detected, baj will immediately close the account and pursue legal action if necessary.
08 Account Suspension & Closure
Baj may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- If evidence of a terms violation is found
- If an investigation is required
- If KYC verification has not been completed
- If suspicious betting or transaction patterns are detected
- At the user's own request (self-exclusion)
Users will generally be notified and given an opportunity to respond before their account is closed. However, immediate action may be taken in cases of serious violations.
Users may request account closure at any time. In such cases, the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided.
09 Responsible Gaming
Baj believes gaming is entertainment, not addiction. We are committed to promoting responsible gaming.
